These regulations set forth the rules of the Newsletter Service shared by Dr. Marcus International Sp. z o.o.sp.k. with its registered office in Kalisz.

The Newsletter Service consists in the regular and indefinite time period provision of messages via an electronic mail (e-mail), hereinafter referred to as the Newsletter, to the user electronic email address.

The Newsletter Service is provided free of charge and is available to any service user, provided that the actions stated in point 5 of the regulations are fulfilled.

The Newsletter contains marketing materials, the company’s current product offer, advertisements and commercial information in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No.144, item 1204 of 2002).

The use of the Newsletter requires a computer, a tablet or a mobile phone with the Internet access, Internet browser and operating and properly configurated electronic mail. For the purpose of receiving the Newsletter the user should order the Newsletter service by registration in the Newsletter user base – entering the electronic email address in the registration form available on the webpage www.dr-marcus.pl, accepting the condition of “The Newsletter Service Regulations” by ticking the field marked “I accept the Regulations”. Activate the hyperlink automatically send by Dr. Marcus International Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its register office in Kalisz to the email address given by the user.

By signing up, the user agrees to receive the Newsletter. Every Newsletter Service user can terminate the agreement by clicking the hyperlink “Sign out from the Newsletter” that can be found in the page footer of the message.

The email address provided by the user for the subscription purposes will not be further processed and transferred to third parties without the consent.

Dr. Marcus International Sp. z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Kalisz declares that the email address provided by the user will be processed in accordance with the applicable law, particularly with the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and the Act of 29 August 1997 on the personal data protection. Personal data provided for the purpose of the Newsletter subscription will not be published on the service webpage and revealed to third parties. By entering into the agreement for the provision of the Newsletter Service in accordance with the point 5 a), b) above is tantamount to consent to receive the Newsletter and to personal data processing by the company as a data administrator in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the personal data protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

Dr. Marcus International Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Kalisz reserves the right to send advertisements and commercial information via the Newsletter within the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic service. Dr. Marcus International reserve the right to change the Regulations without informing the user and without providing the reason. The changes come into force after being published on the website www.dr-marcus.pl.

Dr. Marcus International has the right to remove any user’s email address from the list without providing a reason and to completely stop providing the Newsletter service without providing a reason, after informing the users about it.

These Regulations shall enter into force upon publication on the webpage.
